The two things that I'm best at and got 5s on were being punctual and having a good attendance record. I think that these two things go together and it's hard to have one without the other. I think I scored high on these because I always show up to work and I get my hours in every week. One of my weaknesses at work is being organized, I do think that I've gotten better at it through the year, but it's still one of my weaknesses. I usually have a lot of paper on my desk because I'm a visual learner so I need to print a lot out. I'm also kind of a paper hoarder so I have a shelf that's full of papers that I probably don't need anymore. Before I start working full time I'm going to try to go through that shelf.
