My name is Sara. I go to Lake Shore High School and Macomb Mathematics Science and Technology Center. I have always liked math and science and have excelled in those subjects. I am good at critically thinking and working with others. School is one of the most important things to me after my friends and family.
With my hard work and dedication I plan on fulfilling myself with an education in Bio-medical Engineering from Michigan State University. I’m working towards starting a career in five years that will grant me the chance to build prosthetics for other people. I will love my career because it will allow me follow my passions of engineering and helping others.
A quote that is meaningful to me is "We can complain because roses have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses." -Abraham Lincoln. I like this quote because I always try to find the positive in life. I believe that complaining is a waste of time because you always have it better then someone. I also believe that there is always something positive in your life, you just have to find it. I try to think about this quote whenever I'm having a bad day.
